Posts: 1 (10/04/02 15:26:39) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None My Brother-in-law keeps telling me that for some reason its illegal in NYS to sell/possess 7.62x39mm. To me this sounds absolutely insane but I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere does anyone have a definite answer if there is "banned" ammunition in NYS? thanks

Unless you live in NYC, seems like the city makes up its own laws, but no bans in the STATE!!!!! Just bought a case of 7.62x39, 7.62x54 and .223's right here on Long Island
