These laws can be shady at times. But in my FAC catalog (phone # 763-780-8780)they sell 2 brakes for MAK-90's and neither has the "All NFA rules apply,etc." warning that so many MAK-90 accessories have. One is $14.95 & the other is $19.95. Be careful what you put on a post ban rifle! Good luck to you! Post a pic when you are finished! It's permanatly attached (welded) to cover the threads. 2. You do'nt have a threaded barrel and it's just pinned on. Or you can just say F*ck it and put on a hider and tell everyone its a brake. But you did say legally right?
